Processing & Quality Assurance
The concentrate is produced under stringent international food safety standards:
Fully matured pink guavas are transported to the processing plant.
Each fruit undergoes inspection and controlled ripening in an ECRC (Ethylene Control Ripening Chamber).
Guavas are washed, inspected, crushed, refined, and carefully checked to remove impurities and foreign materials.
The product is further concentrated through evaporation to attain the required Brix (soluble solids content).
Safety measures include metal detectors, magnets, and filters to ensure product purity.
The product is commercially sterile and packed in pre-sterilized aseptic bags placed in MS drums, following global GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
