Processing & Quality Assurance
The concentrate is produced under stringent international food safety standards:
Fully matured red papayas are transported to the processing plant.
Each fruit undergoes thorough inspection and controlled ripening in an ECRC (Ethylene Control Ripening Chamber).
Papayas are washed, inspected, tip-cut, deskinned, deseeded, refined, and carefully checked to remove impurities and foreign materials.
The product is further concentrated using a double-effect evaporator to achieve the desired consistency.
Safety measures include metal detectors, magnets, and filters to ensure product purity.
The product is commercially sterile and packed in pre-sterilized aseptic bags placed in MS drums, following global GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
