Processing & Quality Assurance
The puree is produced under stringent international food safety standards:
Fully matured bananas are transported to the processing plant.
Each fruit undergoes inspection, decanting, and controlled ripening at ECRC.
Bananas are washed, screened, peeled, preheated, deseeded, refined, and carefully checked to remove impurities and foreign materials.
Safety measures include metal detectors, magnets, and filters to ensure product purity.
The product is commercially sterile and packed in pre-sterilized aseptic bags placed in MS drums, following global GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
