Processing & Quality Assurance
The puree is produced under strict international food safety standards:
Fresh Alphonso mangoes are transported to the processing plant and ripened under controlled conditions at ECRC.
Each fruit undergoes multiple inspections before processing.
Mangoes are washed, destoned, refined, and carefully screened to remove impurities and foreign materials.
Safety measures include metal detectors, magnets, and filters to ensure product purity.
The puree is commercially sterile and packed in pre-sterilized aseptic bags placed in MS drums, following global GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
