Processing & Quality Assurance

  • The puree is produced under strict international food safety standards:

  • Fresh Alphonso mangoes are transported to the processing plant and ripened under controlled conditions at ECRC.

  • Each fruit undergoes multiple inspections before processing.

  • Mangoes are washed, destoned, refined, and carefully screened to remove impurities and foreign materials.

  • Safety measures include metal detectors, magnets, and filters to ensure product purity.

  • The puree is commercially sterile and packed in pre-sterilized aseptic bags placed in MS drums, following global GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
