Processing & Quality Assurance
The pulp is produced under stringent international food safety standards:
Fully matured pineapples are transported to the processing plant.
Each fruit undergoes thorough inspection and is ripened under controlled conditions at ECRC.
Pineapples are washed, inspected, tip-cut, deskinned, refined, and carefully checked to remove impurities and foreign materials.
Safety measures include metal detectors, magnets, and filters to ensure product purity.
The product is commercially sterile and packed in pre-sterilized aseptic bags placed in MS drums, following global GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
