Processing & Quality Assurance
The puree is produced under stringent international food safety standards:
Fully matured mangoes are transported to our processing plant.
Each fruit undergoes thorough inspection and is ripened under controlled conditions at ECRC.
Mangoes are washed, screened, pressed, deseeded, refined, and carefully checked to remove impurities and foreign materials.
Safety measures include metal detectors, magnets, and filters to ensure product purity.
The puree is commercially sterile and packed in pre-sterilized aseptic bags placed in MS drums, following global GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
