Our Totapuri Mango Puree is made from carefully selected varieties of Totapuri mangoes, known for their unique tangy-sweet flavor and vibrant color. Fully matured fruits are handpicked to ensure authentic taste and natural aroma, delivering a premium mango experience suitable for a variety of culinary applications.


Processing & Quality Assurance
The puree is produced under stringent international food safety standards:

  • Fully matured mangoes are transported to our processing plant.

  • Each fruit undergoes thorough inspection and is ripened under controlled conditions at ECRC.

  • Mangoes are washed, screened, pressed, deseeded, refined, and carefully checked to remove impurities and foreign materials.

  • Safety measures include metal detectors, magnets, and filters to ensure product purity.

  • The puree is commercially sterile and packed in pre-sterilized aseptic bags placed in MS drums, following global GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
