Our IQF Green Melon Balls are prepared from premium semi-ripened honey dew melons, offering a naturally sweet taste, refreshing aroma, and vibrant green color. Each ball is processed under strict hygienic conditions to ensure freshness, consistency, and superior quality.

 

Processing & Quality Assurance
The production process follows stringent international food safety standards:

  • Fresh, semi-ripened green melons are carefully selected for correct ripeness.

  • The melons are sorted, washed, cut, and scooped into uniform balls.

  • Melon balls are individually quick frozen (IQF) to preserve natural flavor, color, and nutritional value.

  • Each batch undergoes detailed inspection for quality and safety.

  • Frozen melon balls are packed in blue LDPE liner bags placed inside corrugated carton boxes.

  • Packed cartons are passed through metal detectors and transferred to cold storage at -18 °C or below.
