Our IQF Orange Melon Dice are made from premium semi-ripened cantaloupes, ensuring natural sweetness, vibrant color, and consistent quality. The diced melon pieces are processed under stringent hygienic conditions to preserve their freshness, taste, and nutritional value.

 

Processing & Quality Assurance
The production process follows strict international food safety standards:

  • Fresh, semi-ripened orange melons are carefully sorted, washed, and peeled.

  • The melons are diced using precision dicers to ensure uniform size and consistency.

  • Diced pieces are individually quick frozen (IQF) to lock in natural flavor, color, and nutrients.

  • Each batch undergoes thorough inspection for quality and safety.

  • Frozen dices are packed in blue LDPE liner bags placed inside corrugated carton boxes.

  • Packed cartons are passed through metal detectors and transferred to cold storage at -18 °C or below.
